The cube was an enigma to all who encountered it. Arnie dreams about those encounters once he figured out how to open it. Arnie finds himself smarter, with more pep, faster reflexes and other improvements. He also finds the same with both his dog and his girlfriend. Once the cube reveals itself, Arnie and his girlfriend have a decision to make. A 'cute' book with a twist.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but decided to give it a whirl (this genera is far outside what I normally read) and I am glad I did. The characters drew me in and kept me wanting more. I could actually “play the movie” in my head as the story went on and that is why I rated 4.5 stars
Flashbacks, aliens, crazy twists... this sci-fi read is quick, entertaining, and hard to put down!
