Yo Defiendo La Libertat
Yo Defiendo La Libertat
Stuck amid the Revolutionary War, John Morton has no choice but to follow his father’s camp as they march from battlefield to battlefield. The fight for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is paved with bloody conflict.
With barely enough food to survive, John is forced to work. Daily chores, like caring for his younger sister, Emily, consume every ounce of energy he can muster.
The clock starts ticking when he overhears plans of a red coat attack. Exhausted and emotionally drained, John must work tirelessly to support the army.
His father is injured. His sister lies dying in the Camp hospital, and his mother has lost all hope. Will John be able to take command and fight for God and Country? Or will the pressures of a heated battle destroy all he stands for?
